Exhibitor Completes: the EAC Designation
EAC Company Receives Email: completes EAC Registration. Includes providing onsite contact information, acceptance of the Rules & Regulations, uploading a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI), and payment of $300 for each booth location you are providing services or products for. Payment covers the collection, review and approval process and will be submitted via the online EAC portal.
We recognize exhibitors have unique needs and/or partnerships with vendors/contractors other than the show's official general service contractor/partners. We support this choice and have created the EAC Management Process. This provides the show organizer better visibility into who is working on the show floor and helps to protect the organizer, exhibitor, and the EACs.

Knowing that the EAC is my official representative, I further certify that the EAC will adhere to all show and facility regulations as if my own employee.
