Coach Approach Training for Leaders

This is the third Coach Approach Training to be offered throughout the Susquehanna Conference. It is for leaders (clergy and lay) who want to practice a “coach approach” to leadership. A coach approach will help you to have more fruitful, action-oriented conversations focused on the next steps toward achieving goals.

The event is sponsored by the SUSUMC Coaching Network at a cost of $15/person to cover the cost of lunch. Our ICF Certified coaches, Ron Doverspike and Kim Shockley, will lead the training.
