Cancellation/Substitution Policy:
Registrants may send a substitute of their choosing without penalty until Monday, November 20. No substitutions or transfers are permitted on or after Monday, November 20. To make a substitution, contact CivicLab@executivevents.com.

Registered attendees may cancel their registration. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee, is available if the registration is canceled before Tuesday, October 31, 2023. A 50% refund, less a $75 processing fee, is available if the registration is canceled before Monday, November 13, 2023. No refund is provided for any canceled registration on or after Monday, November 20, 2023. To cancel a registration, contact CivicLab@executivevents.com.
