CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS: 
Registered attendees may cancel up to 30 days prior to the start date of the conference for a full 100% refund and up to 14 days prior to the event start date for a 50% refund. No refund or credit of any type will be provided for cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the event. All cancellations must be made by the registered attendee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing directly to bnp@executivevents.com.

Alternate parties may be substituted at any time without penalty. Please contact registration at bnp@executivevents.com to make the substitution for you.
