Hotel Information: 

You are responsible for securing your overnight lodging.

The last day to book a hotel room at the discounted rate of $105 a night was Monday, March 13. If you were unable to secure lodging in our group block, please note that space is very limited at the Springhill Suites and the Hilton Garden Inn.

Important Dates and Deadlines:

March 13 - Last day to reserve a hotel room at a discounted rate of $105 per night. 

March 15 - Last day to register as an exhibitor or sponsor. 

March 24 - Last day to register as an attendee (in-person or virtual) 

March 24 - Last day to cancel an attendee registration and receive a partial refund.
