Event Refund Policy
Tickets for Toronto Region Board of Trade events are non-refundable. If something comes up and you are no longer able to attend, please invite a colleague to attend in your stead. We will communicate to you on policies regarding cancelled or rescheduled events.

Event Accessibility
The Toronto Region Board of Trade offers fully accessible event facilities. A person with disabilities, who requires personal support, is permitted to have a support person accompany them to events without charge for event admission or food and beverage, not including cash bar items.

COVID-19 Health and Safety
In accordance with the Province of Ontario’s reopening plan, the Toronto Region Board of Trade is thrilled to welcome visitors back to our in-person events with up-to-date health and safety protocols in place to ensure a positive and safe experience.

The choice to wear or not to wear a mask at the event is an individual choice and one that should be treated with kindness and respect regardless of any of our own personal views.

We continue to ask guests to self-monitor and not attend the event in person if they are feeling unwell, even if they choose to wear a mask onsite.
