The Integrated Care Experience – April 2023

This is KP International’s flagship program, providing an immersive look at the Kaiser Permanente integrated care model, and providing insights into our latest initiatives. With the health care industry evolving faster than ever, this program is relevant for individuals who are just getting to know Kaiser Permanente or to those KP International alumni who have participated in our programs, virtually or in-person, in the past.

COVID-19 Safety Requirements: Participant must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination upon check-in at program, which consists of full course and booster (if eligible). We will be following the latest Kaiser Permanente and California guidelines for meetings. We will update on the KP International website as needed. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, you may not attend in person.

Cancellation

If you cancel your registration in writing 30 days or more before the program start date…	KP International will refund your full program fee minus a $300 administrative fee.
If you cancel your registration in writing 15 to 29 days before the program start date…	KP International will refund 50% of your program fee.
If you cancel your registration in writing with 14 days’ notice or less…	No refund will be issued.

Transfer/Postponement

With written notice up to 7 days prior to the program start date:

You may transfer your registration to a colleague at the same organization. Your request for transfer is subject to an additional fee of $300.

You may postpone your registration to another KP International program, if available, within the same calendar year. Your request for postponement is subject to an additional fee of $300. If the new program has a higher fee due to program length, you will be charged for the difference in price.

With less than 7 days’ notice, no transfer is possible.
