ConferenceDirect, the official housing bureau for the 2022 Great American Beer
Festival, invites you to submit your room sub-block request.
Sub-block Request Process:
·Complete this request site with your contact information, preferred hotel list, and sub-block room needs.
·The housing bureau will review your request and assign your sub-block on a first-come, first-serve basis. Further booking instructions will be sent within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
Important Deadlines:
·The deadline to submit a hotel sub-block request is August 5, 2022.
·The deadline to assign rooms to unique names is August 5, 2022. After this date, any rooms not assigned to valid names will be released from your sub-block back into general sale.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy:
·You have until August 17, 2022 to cancel reservations within your sub-block without penalty. Starting August 18, 2022, a cancellation fee of $30.00 will be charged per room cancelled.
·Reservations can be modified through ConferenceDirect until September 13, 2022. Starting September 15, 2022, you will need to make changes with your assigned hotel directly. Please note, if you are cancelling reservations, additional hotel cancellation fees may apply.
Please Note:
·In order to request a sub-block, your request must be a minimum of ten (10) rooms. If your group does not meet the minimum requirements, you can book individual reservations here.
