n this experiential workshop for those who work with youth, the facilitators will present the biblical foundation of racial reconciliation and how to effectively implement it in your churches and youth and young adult groups. During this experience, participants will examine their own biases while learning how to navigate the tricky conversations with youth while being sensitive to the youth’s parent’s perspective.
This training is meant to equip youth leaders, support staff, and church groups with the resources required for intentional conversations regarding racial reconciliation. The training is meant to be used, experienced, and shared as a tool with students, parents, and ministry personnel.
