In this session, Subject Matter Resources from EY will discuss strategies, risk and control considerations related to eDiscovery and eRetention. This is an area not often considered by internal audit but can pose problems for organizations that don’t manage these risks well. Information learned during this session will give participants the background to begin conversations within your organization on these topics, or give you insights on how to approach an internal audit of these activities.
