AAD Annual Meeting Booth Submission Form

 Welcome to the online Booth Submission portal for AAD Annual Meeting exhibitors. This form is designed to make submitting your booth review a simple process. Click here to review the Exhibit Prospectus which includes booth rules and regulations starting on Page 5.

This form, along with a PDF file of your booth diagram, is required for all island booths. The booth diagram MUST include the below information, or your submission could be denied or delayed in being approved.

Below Items must be included when submitting your booth design for approval.

1. Rendering or diagram of the booth plan including dimensions of all major structures and signage (including hanging sign)
   • Booth Height, Depth and Width
   • Sign Height
   • Approximate Weight of Sign
   • Sign Stationary or Rotating
   • The height of all booth structures, displayed products or equipment must be included
2. Rendering should include overhead view and views of all sides of the booth 
3. Flooring type, including notation of any raised flooring over 1/2 inch in height
4. Booths with columns must show the column location in the booth rendering (Utilities located at the bases of columns, including stand pipes and extinguishers, must remain accessible at all times. The top portions of columns may be wrapped with the required cutouts for strobes, stand pipes, etc.)

All booth diagrams should be submitted no later than Friday, February 13, 2026.
