EAC Designation Portal
Welcome to the online Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) designation portal. This portal is designed to make designating your EAC a quick and simple process.
An EAC is a company or contractor hired by the exhibitor, but not an employee of the exhibiting company or an official show contractor (e.g., Expo Convention Contractors). EACs typically handle installation and dismantling, but can also include supervisors, technicians, photographers, audiovisual providers, floral services, furniture, flooring, and other necessary contractors during move-in and move-out.
Designating your EAC allows the show organizer to monitor who is working on the show floor and collect the necessary insurance information required for the event. This benefits the organizer and the EACs. View full process overview here.
EAC Designation Process:
Step 1 [Exhibitor]: Complete and submit the EAC designation form for each EAC company working in your booth.
Step 2 [EAC Company]: Each EAC will get an email to fill out their section of the form by providing contact details, agreeing to rules, uploading a Certificate of Insurance (COI), and making payment through the online EAC portal.

EAC INFORMATION
Please enter your EAC's primary contact information below. If you will have multiple EAC companies working in your booth, you will need to designate each one separately.
Exhibitors are responsible for informing EACs of the requirements and ensuring compliance. I confirm I am an employee of the exhibiting company and I have read, understand, and agree to the Rules & Regulations regarding exhibitor designated EACs for this event. I certify that, as a contracted Exhibitor, I have authorized the EAC named above to perform work in my exhibit space. Knowing that the EAC is my official representative, I further certify that the EAC will adhere to all show and facility regulations as if my own employee.
I understand that my organization is ultimately responsible for the actions of the EAC while on this assignment.
EACs are responsible for understanding and complying with all requirements. I confirm I am an employee of the EAC company which has been hired by the listed exhibiting company. I have read, understand, and agree to the Rules & Regulations regarding designated EACs for this event. I certify that, as an EAC, I have been authorized the exhibitor named above to perform work in their exhibit space. I further certify that the named EAC company will adhere to all show and facility regulations.
I understand that the email address provided for the exhibitor will receive a copy of this designation form, once submitted.
