Booth Submission Form

 Welcome to the online Booth Submission portal for SENA and SPNA exhibitors. This form is designed to make submitting your booth review a simple process.

This online form, along with a PDF file of your booth diagram, is required for all booth 300 sq. ft. (27.8 sq. m.). The booth diagram MUST include the below information, or your submission could be denied or delayed in being approved.

Below Items must be included when submitting your booth design for approval.

1. Rendering of the booth plan including dimensions of all major structures and signage (including hanging sign)
   • Booth Height, Depth and Width
   • Sign Height (from the ground to the top of the sign)
   • Approximate Weight of Sign
   • Sign Stationary or Rotating 
2. The height of all booth structures, displayed products or equipment must be included
3. Rendering should include overhead view and views of all sides of the booth
4. Materials being used (please provide call out sheet)
5. Flooring type, including notation of any raised flooring

All booth diagrams should be submitted no later than Friday, February 14, 2025.
