IDEA 2025 / FiltXPO 2025 Booth Submission Form

 Welcome to the online Booth Submission portal for IDEA 2025 and FiltXPO 2025 exhibitors. This form is designed to make submitting your booth review a simple process. CLICK HERE to review the Exhibit Prospectus which includes booth rules and regulations starting on Page 21.

ALL BOOTHS 300 SQ. FT. AND LARGER ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THEIR BOOTH FOR REVIEW.

This form, along with a PDF file of your booth diagram, is required to request approval of your booth design. The booth diagram MUST include the below information, or your submission could be denied or delayed in being approved.

Below Items must be included when submitting your booth design for approval.

1. Rendering of diagram of the booth plan including dimensions of all major structures and signage (including hanging sign)
   • Booth Height, Depth and Width
   • Sign Height
   • Approximate Weight of Sign
   • Sign Stationary or Rotating
   • The height of all booth structures, displayed products or equipment must be included
2. Rendering should include overhead view and views of all sides of the booth
3. Materials being used (please provide call out sheet)
4. Flooring type, including notation of any raised flooring

All booth diagrams should be submitted no later than Thursday, March 27, 2025.
