ACT Expo Exhibitor Insurance (Mandatory)

As an exhibitor at ACT Expo, you are required to carry specific insurance coverage during the event which may be different from the insurance coverage required by other venues or events your company has participated in.  To avoid corrections and additional submissions, we highly suggest you review the included sample Certificate of Insurance (COI) or provide it to your insurance provider BEFORE you complete this form and upload your COI.  If the COI you submit is incorrect, you may be asked to make corrections and submit an updated COI.

Each COI is individually reviewed for compliance.  After review, our team may reach out to you to request corrections, if necessary.

The following areas of the COI you submit must match the provided sample:

• Commercial General Liability coverage

• Umbrella Liability coverage (if Commercial Liability coverage is under required minimum)

• Coverage Dates (in the Description of Operations section)

• Additional Insureds language must match (in the Description of Operations section)

• Certificate Holder
