Welcome to the online Booth Design Submission Portal for MRO Americas. This form is designed to make submitting your booth for review a simple process. Before you submit your booth design for review, please CLICK HERE to review the complete MRO Americas Display Rules.
Submission information should be in the form of professional drawings and calculations, not photographs or rough sketches, as it is not possible to assess the details of the structure without the specific details of the booth. Drawings should contain enough detail to show exactly how the booth will be constructed. Plans submitted without elevations will not be accepted.
This form is required for all booths 200+ square feet (10' x 20') or larger or ANY size booth utilizing a custom build. If you are not building ANYTHING in your booth, example: you are bringing in furniture and a pop-up banner, do NOT complete this form. Please send an email to MROAM@OrganizerOps.com with your company name, booth number and inventory list of the items you are bringing into the booth.

If you have a hanging sign (Island booth ONLY), you will also need to order hanging sign labor from Freeman, the exclusive provider of rigging for this event. Forms to order rigging services are available on FreemanOnline.
All booth design submissions should be received no later than Wednesday, March 5, 2025.
