ACT Expo Booth Review & Vehicle Form

 Welcome to the online Booth Review & Vehicle Form for ACT Expo. This form is designed to make submitting your booth review and vehicle specifications a simple process. Click here to review the Booth Rules and Regulations and Vehicle Display Requirements.

This form, along with a PDF file of your booth diagram, is required for all booths 400+ square feet or ANY SIZE booth planning to display a vehicle in the exhibit hall or as part of the Ride & Drive experience. 

Below items must be included when submitting your booth design for approval. Missing information will delay your approval and/or casue your submission to be denied.

1. Rendering of diagram of the booth plan including dimensions of all major structures and signage (including hanging sign)
   • Booth Height, Depth and Width
   • Sign Height
   • Approximate Weight of Sign
   • Sign Stationary or Rotating
   • The height of all signage, structures, displayed products, vehicles or equipment must be included

2. Rendering should include overhead view and views of all sides of the booth

3. Multi-Level Booths must have structural engineer stamped plans certifying the maximum occupancy and load capacity

4. Materials being used (please provide call out sheet)

5. Flooring Type

If you have a hanging sign, you must also order hanging sign labor (assembly, installation and removal) from Freeman, as they are the exclusive provider for rigging. To order rigging labor, please access the Exhibitor Service Manual online and place your order no later than March 27, 2025.

All booth diagrams and hanging signs should be submitted no later than Thursday, March 27, 2025.
