The ROMBA Conference is the world's largest gathering of LGBTQ+ MBA students and other graduate students. You should attend ROMBA if you are a current or part-time student, or have less than 2 years post-graduate experience.
PRIZM is a new multi-day event for LGBTQ+ post-MBAs and other experienced professionals. The target audience is those with 2-7 years post-MBA/grad experience or equivalent. However, those with more than 7 years post-MBA/grad experience are still welcome to attend.

How do I get a password? 1) Through your on-campus LGBTQ+ club if it is an Affiliate of Reaching Out. If you are unable to find the club leaders through campus, email us and we'll introduce you, OR
2) If your school's LGBTQ+ Club is not an Affiliate of Reaching Out, complete this application.
Why do I need a password? The ROMBA Conference is designed for those who identify as LGBTQ+. Many recruiting companies are exclusively seeking LGBTQ+ talent. The password system enables the ROMBA Conference to maintain focus on LGBTQ+ identifying students.
While active allies may request a password through their LGBTQ+ club attend, this is not the best environment for someone outside of the LGBTQ+ community to connect with employers.
Important Notice: Limited Access registrations grant entry only to the ROMBA Career Expo on Friday afternoon. They do not grant access to other conference events, such as meals and workshops. Please ensure this registration type meets your needs before registering.
