You may transfer your registration to a new date up to 7 calendar days prior to the event date you originally registered for. Participant materials and the catering order are confirmed one week prior to an event and your registration fee applied to those costs. If you need to change training dates within this 7-day window, please create a new registration record for the new date you plan to attend. Thank you for your understanding.

If you need to cancel your registration outright, continue with your email and registration number below, then choose the "Cancel Registration" button found at the bottom of the next page. Refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations received more than 7 calendar days from the date of the training.
