Payment & Refund Policy

We will accept cancellation and issue refunds until September 1, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. After the refund deadline, all registrations are final and non-refundable. Please contact crystal.howe@sdcoe.net if you have any questions.

Checks may be mailed and made payable to: California County Superintendents, 1029 J Street, Suite 200, Sacramento, CA 95814. 

All registration fees must be paid in full by September 30, 2026, to guarantee registration. Contact billing@cacountysupts.org for payment questions.
