Brooklyn AI-Native 6G Summit 2026 - Poster proposal submission form
We are pleased to invite you to submit a poster proposal for the Brooklyn AI-Native 6G Summit, taking place November 3-5 at the New York University Tandon School of Engineering campus and the NY Marriott in Brooklyn, New York. This year’s event aims to give room within the agenda framework for young researchers and students to showcase their groundbreaking innovations in the early stages.
Now in its 13th edition, the 2026 Summit is themed “Networks at the dawn of the AI Supercycle” and will spotlight how AI is fundamentally reshaping network infrastructure and accelerating the journey to 6G. The focus is on two critical pillars shaping the future of 6G:
AI Grid – The Next Evolution of Telecom Networks Transforming Telecom Infrastructure for AI Inference
Wireless Research in the age of AI – Next frontier in Telecommunications Research
As part of this year's program, we are curating a select number of posters that highlight tangible, forward-looking innovations. We welcome posters from academia and research that showcase impactful progress in areas such as:
Sustainable and energy-efficient network solutions
New AI-native 6G applications (AI-native XR, ISAC, Agentic AI systems, etc)
Why Participate?
High exposure to global telecom, academic and regulatory leaders
Eligibility for the “Best Poster Award,” with recognition across the Brooklyn summit post-event coverage
Submission Deadline: Friday, August 14, 2026
Evaluation Criteria
Poster proposals will be assessed based on:
Alignment with the 2026 Summit theme
Timeliness
Technical content
Novelty
Overall recommendation
Engagement and “wow” factor
Please clearly describe what your poster showcases and how it contributes to the broader AI-native and 6G vision.
Proposal Guidelines

Objective and background
Description
The motivation behind your poster concept
Key benefits, differentiators and value proposition
Logistics & Support
An easel and a board will be provided for your poster. Please bring your own tape or other materials to attach it to the board.
All posters must be manned during the welcome reception, all breaks and lunches. Depending on the number of selected posters, we may limit the presentation time to one of the event days. Presence during the whole Summit is not required, only the times noted above.
All posters must be operational by 4:30 PM on Tuesday, 3rd November.
