This two-hour webinar focuses on relationship building, de-escalation, and conflict resolution skills necessary for staff working with all students, including students needing targeted and intensive levels of support. Participants will learn how to support students with self-defeating behaviors using proactive strategies and building positive restorative relationships.

$100 per person

Payment is due at the time of registration and must be made by credit card.

Payment Instructions:

Ideally, payment will be paid via credit card at time of check out. However, if your payment will be processed via an invoice from an employer or third-party vendor, please provide name and contact information during the registration process. The "Billing CC" email address you listed at registration will receive a copy of your confirmation email. Invoices are automatically generated at time of registration (your invoice will be linked in your confirmation email).

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel, please contact Anne Dubie via email at anne.dubie@uvm.edu. Cancellations must be received by 5:00 PM EST on August 20, 2026 to be refunded the total amount paid. No refund will be made for requests received afterward, except in the case of an emergency. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Group Registration:

You will have the ability during this registration process to register multiple individuals, if you would like.
