NOTE: Vendors/Service providers must be a sponsor in order to participate in LIC Committee Meetings. Sponsorship fee will be invoiced separately (see www.loma.org/LICSponsorships).  

LL Global Cancellation Policy:

If a scheduled meeting or event is cancelled by LL Global (LIMRA/LOMA/LIC) for any reason, LL Global shall refund any registration fees that have been paid by the registrant. Under no circumstances, however, shall LL Global be liable to the registrant for any other expenses including, but not limited to, airfare and hotel expenses incurred by the registrant.

Registrant Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations/substitutions and refund requests must be in writing - please submit your request to customer.service@limra.com. A full refund is available until one day before the meeting (July 22, 2026). For cancellations received after that date, registration fees will not be refunded but substitutions are allowed. If for any reason a meeting is cancelled, LIC will refund the total registration fee.
