Welcome to the Attendee Registration Page for the 2026 Pre-Health Conference!

Pre-Health Conference provides community college, university, and post-bac students, as well as pre-health advisors with the information and skills necessary to succeed in the health-professions school admission process. It provides a unique opportunity for direct contact with deans of admission, admission officers, financial aid officers, faculty, and staff from a wide variety of health professional programs and other organizations.

Attendees have the opportunity to explore a variety of health professions, including allopathic, osteopathic, podiatric, naturopathic medicine, veterinary medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, nursing, optometry, physical and occupational therapy, physicians assistant, and more.

Note: At this time we cannot accommodate high school students at Conference due to the Campus’ Youth Protection Program. High school students are invited to attend the annual High School Pre-Health Symposium at UC Davis.

 

Registration Fees

• UC Davis Student/Alumni Registration fee is $28

• Other College Student Alumni Registration Fee is $38

• Advisor/Counselor Registration Fee is $100

Last Day to Register

The last day to register for the conference is Sunday, 10/11/26.

 

Confirmation Email

A confirmation email will be sent immediately after your registration has been processed. Please check your email to ensure that you received the confirmation. You may need to check your junk/spam folders and make sure that you mark messages coming from UC Davis as "not junk." 

If you still cannot find the confirmation, please email events@ucdavis.edu and provide your full name and the email address you used. It is likely that your email address was entered incorrectly and your profile will need to be updated. 

 

Waitlist

If you are interested and available to attend, we encourage prospective attendees to register as soon as they can. We cannot hold any spots and do not anticipate having a waitlist for 2026. Attendees who register earlier are typically more prepared to meet with admissions representatives and professionals.

 

Included in Your Registration

Registered attendees will receive a lanyard, attendee bag, printed program, light breakfast, and will have access to all events on conference day, including the morning welcome session, Pre-Health Fair, and Workshop sessions. Please note, that lunch is not included. Attendees can bring their own lunch or venture to limited nearby food trucks, restaurants or eateries.

Cancellation Policy

A refund less $10 will be processed for requests received by Sunday, 9/13/26. Email events@ucdavis.edu to request a cancellation. Refunds will not be processed after this date.

Parking

The University charges for parking. However, the Pre-Health Conference does not receive any of these funds. If you plan to drive to campus, visitor parking is currently $18.00/vehicle/day. The two closest lots to the University Credit Union Center and Hutchison Field are:

AMP Park, the pay-to-park app, is available at UC Davis and allows you to pay for daily or hourly parking right from your phone! To get started see the instructions below or visit our parking website at https://taps.ucdavis.edu/aggiepark.  You will need to download an app to pay for parking so please plan to do so in advance to avoid issues when you arrive on site.

• Set up your profile (contact and vehicle information)

  • Aggies should register with their UC Davis email address (@ucdavis.edu) to access affiliate rates

  • You will be prompted to enter your payment information when making your first purchase using the app

• Select the zone which you parked using the map or icon in the top right corner of the app (click here for daily parking rates)

• Start your parking time
