How to Register

Each attendee must register with a unique individual email address. Please do not use shared or group email addresses. If you are registering someone else, you will be asked to provide your own email separately.

If you're registering staff on behalf of a vendor or exhibitor partner, your organization must have an active partnership agreement before purchasing staff passes. If your partnership is already confirmed, you're in the right place — select "Partner Staff Pass" during checkout.

About the Conference

The Washington State Elections Conference brings together elections administrators from across the state for focused training, peer collaboration, and updates on the policies, processes, and technologies that shape how elections are run in Washington. Hosted by the Washington State Association of County Auditors (WSACA), this conference is designed for county elections staff and Secretary of State personnel responsible for administering elections at the county and state levels.
