Registration is a flat fee of $3,000*, which covers 1 coach and 4 team members.
*Plus a 3.5% processing fee.
MODIFY REGISTRATION:
To modify your registration, click the ‘Modify Registration’ tab below. Make sure to have your initial registration number, from your confirmation email, handy.
PROGRAM INFORMATION:
Each institution may field a maximum of one undergraduate and one graduate team.
Teams may have a maximum of 4 student competitors and up to 2 coaches.
Registration prior to September 1st are a flat fee of $3,000*, which covers 1 coach and 4 competitors. This fee includes all meals, social events, and local transportation during the competition.
Each team must have at least 3 students and 1 coach to be eligible to compete.
Teams with fewer than 5 members will receive a $600 refund per missing person below 5. For example, a team with 3 competitors and 1 coach (4 total) will receive a $600 refund, while a team with 4 competitors and 2 coaches (6 total) will be charged an additional $600.
*Plus a 3.5% processing fee for those paying with a credit card.
Lodging and travel costs are excluded. A link to reserve rooms at the competition hotel will be shared with the registered teams.
Rates are subject to change.
Registrations received after September 1st 2026 increase to $3,500 for one coach and four competitors.
