We look forward to welcoming everyone to the University of Vermont for the 2026 American Ecological Engineering Society Annual Meeting! The mission of the American Ecological Engineering Society (AEES) is to promote ecological design for the common benefit of society and nature.

Known as the Queen City, Burlington and its surroundings provide amazing opportunities for outdoor recreation and breathtaking scenery in northwest Vermont. Attendees are encouraged to bring hiking boots and explore all the region has to offer!
