Conference Location

The 2026 WSACA Finance Conference will take place March 18–20, 2026, at Suncadia Resort in Cle Elum, Washington.

Sales Tax Notice

Beginning this year, and in accordance with Washington State tax law, all conference registrations are subject to Washington State sales tax.

Sales tax is applied based on the location where the registration is purchased and/or where the event takes place. The applicable rate will be calculated automatically at checkout.

For in-person registrations, sales tax is based on the physical location of the conference. 

For virtual registrations, sales tax is calculated based on the attendee's location at the time of registration.

Conference Registration Fees & Categories

Conference registration fees vary based on attendee type, participation format, and registration date. Please review the categories to ensure you select the option that best fits your role. The last day to register is Friday, February 27, 2026.

• In Person Attendee: $450.00
• Virtual Attendee: $450.00
• Industry Partner Staff Pass (Sponsoring or Exhibiting): $300.00

Virtual Registration Notice

We plan to offer virtual attendance for this conference. However, at this time, virtual registration is temporarily unavailable due to software limitations related to Washington State sales tax requirements.

Under current Washington State tax law, virtual conference registrations must be taxed based on the location of the attendee at the time of attendance, rather than the location of the conference. Our current registration system is unable to accurately calculate and collect sales tax based on individual attendee locations.

As a result, virtual registration will open once we are able to ensure proper and compliant tax collection. We appreciate your understanding and will share an update as soon as virtual registration becomes available.

Special Room Rate Details

• Rate: Enjoy a special rate of $132 per night plus fees and taxes, exclusively for WSACA event attendees.

Booking Deadline and Instructions

• Final Date for Booking: Please ensure your room is booked by Friday, February 20. Reservations made after this date may not benefit from the special rate.

Hotel Policies

• Guarantee Policy: All reservations require a credit card to guarantee the arrival date.
• Cancellation Policy: Please note that reservations which fail to show or cancel within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged the full value of the room reservation, including resort fees.
