Sales Tax Notice Beginning this year, and in accordance with Washington State tax law, all conference registrations are subject to Washington State sales tax. Sales tax is applied based on the location where the registration is purchased and/or where the event takes place. The applicable rate will be calculated automatically at checkout. For in-person registrations, sales tax is based on the physical location of the conference.

Virtual Registration Notice We plan to offer virtual registration for this conference. However, at this time, virtual registration is temporarily unavailable due to software limitations related to Washington State sales tax requirements. Under current Washington State tax law, virtual conference registrations must be taxed based on the location of the attendee at the time of attendance, rather than the location of the conference. Our current registration system is unable to accurately calculate and collect sales tax based on individual attendee locations. As a result, virtual registration will open once we are able to ensure proper and compliant tax collection. Hotel Information We want to share an important update regarding hotel accommodations for this conference. In late December, the Hilton Garden Inn, located directly across the street from the Three Rivers Convention Center, announced that it will be closed for renovations during the week of our conference. This announcement occurred after ACCIS had already entered into contracts with the convention center and our host hotel. As a result, lodging options near the convention center are more limited than in prior years. Where to Stay
