WELCOME TO THE UVM GO TRAVEL PROGRAM INTEREST FORM

UVM GO Travel Programs provide incoming students with an opportunity to explore a new location and theme with a specialized itinerary designed by UVM faculty program leaders. You also get to meet other incoming students, engage in fun and enriching activities designed to highlight each unique location, and become a more confident traveler. You’ll make early and lasting connections with friends, faculty, and staff before the semester begins!

PLEASE NOTE: 

• Only incoming students who have committed to UVM beginning in the Fall 2026 semester may complete this form.

• Participants in any UVM GO program in an international location (Costa Rica, Iceland, London, Montreal, or Vancouver) must have a United States passport that will be valid before your selected program’s start date and for at least six months after your program ends.

• For UVM GO programs in London, Iceland and Costa Rica, participants must be at least 18 years of age by the program’s start date. For UVM GO programs in Montreal, and U.S. Cities, participants under the age of 18 will be asked to submit additional parental consent forms.

• Be sure you have activated your UVM NetID before you begin this form! If you need help setting up your account or need to reset your password, you can do so by contacting account services.

THE PROCESS:

The UVM GO Travel Lottery is open from Monday, April 6 – Friday, May 4, 2026, to incoming Fall 2026 students who have paid their deposit to enroll at UVM.

By completing this form, you are agreeing to enter the UVM GO lottery process. Entering the UVM GO Travel Lottery DOES NOT constitute a formal registration or commitment to participate if you are offered a spot.

We will notify you via email within a few days whether you have been invited to enroll or join the waitlist for a UVM GO Travel Program. If you are invited to enroll, you will have one week to formally accept your spot by completing the registration form and paying the Program Fee (as well as the Group Flight Fee for select programs). If you would like to be added to a waitlist for a program that is already filled and no longer available to select, please email uvmgo@uvm.edu to directly. If you requested and qualify for financial assistance, that information will be included in your invitation to enroll.

* Estimated Program Fees and Group Flight Fees are subject to change. Your UVM GO Program Fee covers the cost of meals, lodging, transportation on program, activities, and entrance fees. Note that travel costs are NOT included in the Program Fee. Students are responsible for arranging their own travel to their program’s location, or to the departure airport for programs with a group flight.

** Programs in Costa Rica, Iceland, and London require participants to travel together on a group flight, arranged by UVM GO. The Group Flight Fee will be added to the Program Fee at the time of enrollment.
