Call for Speakers for the 2026 National Conference on EMS November 18 - 21, 2026

Thank you for your interest in speaking at the 2026 National Conference on EMS. The conference is accepting proposals for 75-minute main conference sessions, 8-hour full-day preconference workshops, and 4-hour half-day preconference workshops. The conference will take place at Harrah's Waterfront Conference Center, November 18-21, 2026 (preconference workshops on Wednesday, November 18, main conference sessions November 19-21).

Call for speakers open and final submission date: now through March 31, 2026
Speaker submission status (accepted/declined) notice: May 30, 2026
Accepted submissions: further details may be needed; a copy of your presentation will be due August 1, 2026, and required to facilitate CE approval.

Please note: If you are submitting multiple presentations, you must submit the form for each presentation.
While we are accepting a wide range of topics for the conference, preference will be given to sessions that feature innovation, best practices, hands-on training, and enhancement of clinical skills.
Please note that the conference is unable to offer honorariums at this time. However, speakers can apply for travel reimbursement and will receive attendance to the full conference.
Before you get started, please be prepared with the following:
Have all learning objectives with references ready. 3 learning objectives are required for main conference submissions, 12 learning objectives are required for half-day pre-conference submissions, and 24 learning objectives are required for full-day pre-conference submissions. 3 references are required for each objective. Objectives can share the same references.
Know all co-speakers. Co-speakers will be part of the primary presenter's submission and do not need to create their own submission nor profile.
Have these items ready for upload for yourself and your co-speaker (if applicable): contact information, emergency contact information, a CV file, a profile photo, and a personal biography (500 words or less).
Speakers will be informed of their submission status by May 30th, 2026, via the email addresses provided at the time of submission. If your submission is accepted, please submit a copy of your presentation (either slides or a PDF) by August 1st, 2026. Additional details will be emailed to speakers whose submissions are accepted.
