Registration Fees:

The following fees are applicable through March 31, after which the fees increase by $50:

Physician (MD/DO): $295
Advance Practice Professional (NP, PA), Pharmacist: $245
Nurse, Dietician, Other Healthcare Professional, Resident: $175
Community Member, Regulator, Public Sector Professional, Student: $150 (Note: this rate will not increase)
