►►PLEASE NOTE: Additional company representatives can be added at the time of sponsorship for $200 per person. 

Display Table Fee: $75 (Please note: 35 table limit with paid sponsorship confirmation in order to display) 
Set-up Display Area: Wednesday, April 15 from 1:00 - 4:30 p.m. (Sponsor area will host the MO/KS PRIMA Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening)
Dismantle Display Area: Friday, April 17 from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. 

Please note that registration will open to conference attendees in January. Please check the chapter websites for additional details moprima.org and kansasprima.org. 

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: Cancellation notices must be received in writing on or before March 16, 2026. Refunds, less a $30 administrative fee, will be issued in the original form of payment. For cancellation notices received prior to payment, a $30 cancellation fee will be invoiced for payment. Please send notice of cancellation to Custom Meeting Planners - tammy@custommeetingplanners.com
