This week-long development experience is designed to take participants on a complete cooperative leadership journey—from understanding why credit unions exist to exploring how leaders activate those principles in practice.
The program begins with Principles & Philosophy / EMERGE (April 14–16), introducing the Certified Credit Union Cooperator (CCUC) credential. Over three days, participants explore credit union history, cooperative principles, and the social impact framework that defines our movement. Sessions blend storytelling, applied learning, and service to help attendees connect personal purpose to organizational mission.
The experience then transitions seamlessly into Leadership College and the Executive Institute (April 17), offering participants two deeper development paths focused on leadership effectiveness and cooperative management. These tracks build on the foundation established earlier in the week, reinforcing that cooperative success depends not only on knowing our “why,” but also on leading through it.
