IEEE/CVF Winter Conference on Applications of Computer Vision (WACV) is the premier international computer vision event comprising the main conference and several co-located workshops and tutorials. With its high quality and low cost, it provides an exceptional value for students, academics and industry researchers.

You do not need to have a paper in order to attend. 

For each paper (Workshop or Main Conference), at least one author MUST register using an AUTHOR rate, even if the paper will be presented virtually. The registration form will have an additional question about your expected attendance. Authors will have the option to register multiple papers for an additional fee.

Additional papers can be filed under a registered author for a flat $550 per paper. 

Early registration deadline is January 6, 2026,11:59pm Eastern.

Refund Policy -- All refund requests must be made via email to Nicole Finn. All cancellations will be subject to a $65 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS will be made after January 20, 2026, 11:59 PM Eastern. You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty and can do this by logging into your registration account. 

All Full Passport Registrations include: Admission to all technical sessions, all tutorials, all workshops, exhibit hall and poster sessions any virtual events hosted by WACV, and online access to the proceedings.  Catered events will be announced once the program is finalized.
