Brooklyn AI-Native 6G Summit Demo submission guidelines

 

Overview

The Brooklyn AI-Native 6G Summit invites submissions for live, interactive demonstrations that showcase how AI is transforming the design, operation, and applications of 6G networks.

We are interested in demos that move beyond concept to working prototypes, real-time systems, and hands-on experiences that attendees can engage with directly. 

Key Focus Areas: Submissions should align with one or more of the following:

  • AI-native network architectures (RAN, core, end-to-end)
  • Edge AI and real-time inference
  • Physical AI, IoT & Robotics
  • Digital twins and simulation environments
  • Network automation and intent-based networking
  • AI for security, privacy, and trust
  • Sustainable and energy-efficient network solutions
  • New AI-native 6G applications (AI-Native XR, ISAC, Agentic AI systems, etc.)

Demonstration Requirements: To be considered, demos must:

  • Be live, interactive, or hands-on (no static posters or videos only)
  • Clearly articulate the problem, solution, and innovation
  • Include a working prototype, system, or simulation
  • Demonstrate measurable value (e.g., latency, efficiency, reliability)
  • Be staffed by at least one technical representative during showcase hours

Selection Criteria

Submissions will be evaluated based on:

  • Innovation and originality
  • Relevance to Native AI and 6G
  • Technical depth and credibility
  • Level of interactivity and audience engagement
  • Feasibility and logistical readiness
  • Visual and experiential quality
The BAI6GS Demo Selection Committee will assess the innovativeness of all submitted demonstrations and determine the final ranking. The top six demonstrations will be invited to present their innovative ideas in the closing plenary session at the Summit. The demonstration ranked as the most innovative will receive the prestigious BAI6GS Demonstration Award.


Onsite Logistics & Technical Requirements: To ensure a successful experience, all accepted demonstrators must plan for the following:

1. Space & Setup

Each demo will be provided with

  • Standard demo area (approx. 6ft table with demo title signage)
  • Power access (standard outlet)
  • Basic connectivity (Wi-Fi; wired upon request but with extra fee)
  • No additional space can be allocated for additional banners or custom booth structures

You are responsible for:

  • Bringing all required hardware (servers, devices, monitor/displays, routers, sensors, etc.)
  • Extension cords, adapters, or specialized connectors

2. Connectivity Requirements available for additional fee

If your demo requires advanced networking , please let us know (through the form) as it will require additional fees (based on speed requested):

  • Specify bandwidth, latency, and reliability requirements
  • Provide fallback plan if network conditions vary

3. Equipment & Transport

Demonstrators must:

  • Ship or hand-carry all equipment
  • Ensure devices comply with venue safety regulations
  • Handle customs/logistics if traveling internationally
  • There is no storage except under your table, so plan accordingly.

4. Installation & Teardown

  • Setup will occur during designated installation windows prior to the event (9am-5pm on November 3rd)
  • Demos must be fully operational before showcase opening (6 pm on November 3rd)
  • Teardown must be completed within the assigned timeframe (by 5 pm on November 5th)

5. Staffing Expectations

Each demo must:

  • Havea maximum of two knowledgeable representatives onsite at all times
  • Be able to explain both technical architecture and business impact
  • Support attendee interaction and Q&A

6. Safety & Compliance

All demos must comply with Marriott Hotel safety requirements

  • Electrical safety standards
  • Venue and fire regulations
  • No hazardous materials or unsafe equipment
  • Noise levels must remain within acceptable limits

7. Demo Experience Design (Strongly Encouraged)

To maximize impact:

  • Include interactive elements (touch, control, explore)
  • Provide a visual interface or dashboard
  • Highlight real-time AI decision-making
  • Keep explanations clear for both technical and executive audiences


Submission Deadline: Friday, August 21st, 2026. You can modify your submission until the deadline (you will receive the login information by email after your first submission).
