Become a Year-Long Partner The ISNR is a 501c(3) organization whose primary purpose is to present current research topics by leaders to an interdisciplinary audience studying neural regeneration, bioengineering and associated areas, with a focus on spinal cord injury (SCI) and peripheral nerve repair. The ISNR Conference continues to attract leaders in the field! About the 2026 Conference The ISNR Conference will integrate neural research, medicine, rehabilitation, and community-based care through workshops and scientific poster formats. We are pleased to offer a time to network with those in the Neural Rehabilitation and SCI/D communities as well as build long-lasting relationships! The Conference location is specifically chosen to encourage professionals to bring their families along with them. The Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Resort is no exception! We are thrilled for the wonderful opportunities both on-site and off-site for your families to be a part of this experience with you.
