ATTENDANCE POLICY
Operator registration is only open to foodservice operators and those who work in supply chain management for restaurant, hospitality companies or companies that serve food at scale.
If you are not a restaurant or foodservice operator but have been engaged by an operator and currently work personally providing their outsourced supply chain services, you may qualify to register as a Consultant.
Please contact Kari Yost, Director Member Engagement, at kyost@restaurant.org before registering. All Consultant registrations will be reviewed and approved by the Supply Chain Expert Exchange Officers. If you register without approval and do not qualify, you will be notified that your registration has been cancelled and a refund will be issued, less the $25 event cancellation fee. The refund can take up to 4 weeks.

All cancellation requests for Association Entity events must be submitted in writing to meetings@restaurant.org. Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the first day of the event may be eligible for a refund of the registration fee paid less a $25 administrative fee, unless otherwise specified in your event registration terms. Refunds are not available for cancellations made 30 days or less before the first day of the event.
Event attendees are responsible for cancelling all third-party registrations, reservations, or other commitments they have made with any hotels, transportation providers, etc. The Association Entities are not responsible for any charges or fees that you may incur by cancelling such third-party commitments.
