The MSO Symposium's conference content is directed by executives and leaders from many of the largest, most influential, and fastest growing multi-shop operations, or MSOs in North America, making it uniquely informative and desirable.
This year's conference is on Monday, November 3rd in Las Vegas, Nevada. It begins at 9:00 a.m. with a welcome breakfast, includes presentations, panels, a plated lunch, a midday break and a networking reception from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. Advance registration for the 2025 MSO Symposium is $429, includes all of the above, and is available until September 5th.

Attendance Requirements
Applicants are reviewed each year prior to approval and previous attendance does not guarantee entry. To meet the attendance requirements you must be a/an:
Owner, executive, and employee of any size multi-shop operation (MSO)
Employee of an independent collision repair facility operating with greater than $3 million in annual sales
Representative from a vehicle manufacturer (OEM)
Representative from an insurance company
Industry media representatives - one per publication
Vendor or supplier to the industry - available only via one of our limited sponsorship positions
If an application is received from someone outside of one of these industry segments, they will be refused entry and registration fees paid will be returned, less a $50 administration fee.
