Registration Rates

Rates are $250 for physicians and $150 for other healthcare providers through September 15, 2025.  Rates increase after this date.

Cancellation Policy

A refund of registration, less a $75 administrative fee, will be allowed if requested in writing (by emailing events@ucdavis.edu) by September 15, 2025.  No refunds will be provided after this date. Please contact events@ucdavis.edu with questions.
