Registration is open for the 64th Annual Cooperative Conference for School Administrators.
Please take a moment to review the following information before you begin registration:
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Your registration includes:
Keynote presentation (featuring Jon Gordon) and breakout sessions
Breakfast and lunch on Monday
Breakfast on Tuesday

If your online registration is received on or before July 8, 2025, you will receive the early registration rate of $275 per person. Group registrations of three or more from the same district, charter, or organization will receive a $250 per person registration rate until July 8, 2025.
If your online registration is received after July 8, your registration rate will be $325 per person. Registration will close on July 22 and any registration received after this date will be considered on-site and will be $375 per person.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:Registration fees are refundable, less a $25 administrative fee, if Custom Meeting Planners receive a written request via email on or before July 11. Please send written notice of cancellation to Tammy@custommeetingplanners.com. No refunds will be authorized after this date, but substitutions are permitted. Cancellations received after the July 11 deadline, as well as no shows, will be charged the full registration fee.
If cancellation notice is received on or before the deadline of July 11, and before fees have been paid, the invoice will be adjusted to reflect the administrative fees.
DUPLICATE REGISTRATION: Cancellation of a duplicate registration for the conference will be subject to a $25 administrative fee. If you would like to inquire as to whether or not you are registered, please email Tammy@custommeetingplanners.com.
PAYMENT OF CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES: School districts/charters/organizations may pay fees by credit card, purchase order, or check.
Debit/Credit Cards: American Express, Discover, Mastercard Debit/Credit, and Visa Debit/Credit
Purchase Order (PO): A PO should be emailed within five (5) business days of the completed conference registration. Please ensure that the vendor name and contact information on the PO is confirmed as follows:

An invoice will be issued for payment after the PO is received. Payment is expected when the invoice is received.
Check (in lieu of a PO): A check should be sent to our office within five (5) business days of the completed conference registration, if a purchase order is not issued. Please ensure that the check is made payable to Custom Meeting Planners and mailed to the following address:

LODGING DETAILS: Attendees are responsible for making their own guest room reservations. Please reserve early!
Lodge of Four Seasons (HOST): Please call 888-265-5500 and identify yourself as a conference attendee (MO DESE-CCSA) to get the group rate on Sunday/Monday of $129 plus applicable taxes Please note that M-F from 8 am - 5 pm, an on-site Lodge representative will be available to make your reservation(s). If you call on the weekend, a third party company will assist with your guest room reservation(s). To reserve online, please click on the following link. The Resort at Lake of the Ozarks (overflow property located 4.6 miles from the Lodge of Four Seasons).
