Overview and Learning Objectives:
In this fast-paced discussion filled with practical time management tips that attendees can employ right away, attendees will discover if they are juggling too many balls. If yes, consider designing an absolute YES list, following the WADE formula or conducting a time value assessment. Are they wasting time in meetings? Then discover an "Admiral" way of running a meeting. Are they wasting time checking email? Learn four email rules leaders live by. We'll discover their personal time management style and how to play to their individual strengths then conclude by discussing the impact of completing items that are important versus those that are merely urgent.
Bio:
Ted Janusz, MBA, is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) and Certified Virtual Presenter (CVP) delivering training programs to employee audiences for over 20 years.
Throughout his extensive career, Ted has delighted audiences for over 10,000 hours in and across the United States, Canada, Australia, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. He is also a runner who has covered over 45,000 miles, that’s nearly twice around the earth.

IIA–Kansas City Chapter Event Refund, Cancellation, and Complaint Policy:
The Chapter reserves the right to cancel an event due to insufficient participation or other unforeseen circumstances. If the Chapter cancels an event, the Chapter will notify registered attendees by e-mail a week prior to the event. Paid registrations will be refunded. No refunds will be granted for individual initiated cancelations. However, cancellations received prior to the posted registration deadline will receive a credit to attend a future meeting/seminar within one year. (Same number of CPE as the one canceled.) Event registrations are always transferable, so substitutions are allowed if are unable to attend. The chapter will make every effort to offer timely, well-delivered, and relevant training program. Please contact the IIA Secretary to register complaints related to the timeliness/accuracy of CPE credit reporting and the VP of Programs (Jamie.Paul@umb.com) regarding program delivery, complaints, or program content.
The Kansas City Institute of Internal Auditors is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
