Welcome to the Exhibitor Registration Page for the 2025 Pre-Health Conference!
Over the last twenty-three years, the Pre-Health Conference at UC Davis has grown to be the largest pre-health conference in the nation for future health professionals. With approximately 6,000 pre-health students at UC Davis and thousands more across California, our goal is to support the nation’s future health professionals as we continue our in-person event. California’s universities and community colleges have the most diverse student body in the nation – close to 65% of those enrolled in our academic institutions are considered underrepresented in medicine (URM, as defined by AAMC). This group of culturally competent and academically strong students is suited to one day serve the diverse population of our nation. The Conference is self-supporting and does not receive financial support from UC Davis. Our students need your help to continue to provide this amazing conference for like minded pre-health students. Please consider investing in our pre-health students by joining as an exhibitor for the 23nd Annual Pre-Health Conference. We anticipate hosting up to 3,000 attendees from across the nation, including pre-health students and pre-health advisors.
Why You Should Exhibit 1. Expand your reach Our strategic communications team has a multiplatform approach, including our website, social media accounts, and email, to reach thousands of pre-health students and hundreds of pre-health advisor across California. 2. Make connections Through our multiplatform approach, exhibitors will have the opportunity to connect in many ways with prospective attendees, particularly through social media. Exhibitors will coordinate with our team to strategically highlight their unique aspects. 3. Have a lasting impact Interact and meet with attendees in workshops or have your logo on giveaways distributed to all attendees. Attendees often keep giveaways, including attendee bag, program, t-shirt, and handouts, for years to come as they prepare for their journey and look back on memories. Packages vary.
Confirmation Email A confirmation email will be sent immediately after your registration has been processed. Please check your email to ensure that you received the confirmation. You may need to check your junk/spam folders and make sure that you mark messages coming from UC Davis as "not junk." If you still cannot find the confirmation, please email events@ucdavis.edu and provide your full name and the email address you used. It is likely that your email address was entered incorrectly and your profile will need to be updated.

Cancellation Policy A refund less $250 will be processed for requests received by 9/5/25. Email events@ucdavis.edu to request a cancellation. Requests must be received no later than 9/5/25. Refunds will not be processed after this date.

Questions
Parking The University charges for parking. However, the Pre-Health Conference does not receive any of these funds. If you plan to drive to campus, visitor parking is currently $16.00/vehicle/day. The two closest lots to the University Credit Union Center and Hutchison Field are: 1. Pavilion Parking Structure - http://campusmap.ucdavis.edu/?l=55 2. Parking Lot 25 - http://campusmap.ucdavis.edu/?l=39 AMP Park, the pay-to-park app, is available at UC Davis and allows you to pay for daily or hourly parking right from your phone! To get started see the instructions below or visit our parking website at https://taps.ucdavis.edu/aggiepark. You will need to download an app to pay for parking so please plan to do so in advance to avoid issues when you arrive on site.
