Welcome to the Group Registration Page for the 2025 Pre Health Conference!
Over the last twenty-three years, the Pre-Health Conference at UC Davis has grown to be the largest pre-health conference in the nation for future health professionals. With approximately 6,000 pre-health students at UC Davis and thousands more across California, our goal is to support the nation's future health professionals as we continue our in-person event.
California's universities and community colleges have the most diverse student body in the nation and close to 65% of those enrolled in our academic institutions are considered underrepresented in medicine (URM, as defined by AAMC). This group of culturally competent and academically strong students is suited to one day serve the diverse population of our nation.
The Conference is self-supporting and does not receive financial support from UC Davis. Our students need your help to continue to provide this amazing conference for like minded pre-health students. Please consider investing in our pre-health students by joining as an exhibitor for the 23rd Annual Pre-Health Conference. We anticipate hosting up to 3,000 attendees from across the nation, including pre-health students and pre-health advisors.
Group Registration Fees
UC Davis Group Registration (15 students + $45 processing fee) = $420
Each Additional UC Davis Student = $25
Each Advisor/Counselor = $100
Other College Group Registration (15 students + $45 processing fee) = $570
Each Additional Other College Student = $35

How to Register Individual Student/Advisor
Register your group (includes 15 students) and purchase advisor/counselor registration and additional student registration on this page.
When full payment is received, you will receive a unique code for your group.
You will be responsible for sharing the code with those who will be registered under your group.
You are responsible for advising your group members to not share the code.
For those paying with a check, we will send your group code once your check is received.
Individuals will go to the Attendee Registration page. They will enter their email address and the code. They will select the category that applies to them (student vs advisor). By using the code, they will be able to register without entering credit card information.
Please ask your students to add your email in the "cc email" section of the registration. This will allow you to keep track of those who have already registered from your group.
You will receive one list of everyone registered under your code on Monday, 10/6/25. Those in your group who are not on the list will have until Sunday, 10/12/25 to register. After this date, registration will be closed. Your organization will forfeit any group registration that is not assigned to an individual by Sunday, 10/12/25. THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION THIS YEAR. Attendees without a badge will not be permitted to participate.

How Edit Information or Add Additional Students/Advisors to My Group Registration
The University charges for parking. However, the Pre-Health Conference does not receive any of these funds. If you plan to drive to campus, visitor parking is currently $16.00/vehicle/day. The two closest lots to the University Credit Union Center and Hutchison Field are:
