Julie De Jesus, I See You Leadership
Julie De Jesus' personal experiences with human connection saved her life and changed the trajectory of her career. As a keynote speaker, Julie shows leaders exactly how to saturate their work culture with human connection to improve the mental health of their people so they can perform at peak potential. Julie De Jesus is the author of I See You; How Compassion and Connection Save Lives and children’s book, Broccolipunzle; A Girl with Extraordinary Hair. Her podcast, I See You, has inspired thousands of listeners to succeed in relationships by embracing human connection. A voice for positive conversations around mental health, Julie is the cohost of the podcast Love, ADHD. Julie loves the Utah mountains where she lives with her husband and two children.

Ryan Lewis, Cybersecurity Advisor, Department of Homeland Security
Ryan is a retired Army Soldier who previously worked for the Department of Defense at Fort Knox. He was responsible for providing real-time cyber threat intelligence, application security support, and vulnerability scanning for HRC and its mission partners. He holds a Masters in Information Technology Management from Touro University International and Masters in Athletic Administration and Coaching from Western Kentucky University.

Scott Rexroat, MCP, CISA, IT and Assurance Manager, Cherry Bekaert Advisory, LLC
Scott is a Risk Advisory Professional in Cherry Bekaert's Information Assurance practice. He has more than 20 years of experience serving banking and financial service clients in multiple roles, including retail management, operational management with IT support, IT application support, and IT audit. Prior to joining Cherry Bekaert, Scott served as a manager at a regional accounting and assurance firm, where he was responsible for ITGC audits for all financial institutions. While in this role, he provided a range of IT advisory and assurance services to multiple banks, savings and loans, trust companies, and credit unions across Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio.
Scott will provide an overview of how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is impacting audit, from both a positive and negative perspective. We will discuss how auditors can work hand in hand with AI, considering how it could enhance and improve the audit landscape while understanding the challenges and pitfalls of its use. Discussions will include the positive effects of AI, such as efficiency, productivity, audit quality, risk management, and auditing tools. Discussions will also include the negative effects of AI such as data quality, ethical considerations, regulatory adaptations and auditors’ skills of use. Keith has 13 years of experience providing IT audit, risk and compliance, and IT security consulting services to organizations of various sizes in the banking, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and information technology sectors. As a senior manager, Keith manages IT audit, regulatory compliance audit, and cybersecurity audit projects efficiently and effectively to achieve desired outcomes for both the Firm and the client. Prior to joining Cherry Bekaert, Keith was responsible for the planning, execution and oversight of IT audits, risk and compliance engagements, and IT security reviews for a large consulting firm in Middle Tennessee. He also worked in the Internal Audit and Accounting departments for two large publicly traded companies.
