10th International Conference on Spectroscopic Ellipsometry On Campus Lodging and Dining Package
Welcome to the reservation site for the 10th International Conference on Spectroscopic Ellipsometry On Campus Lodging and Dining Package. The residence halls at CU Boulder provide exceptional comfort and amenities for our conference guests. Reservations are available for single or double occupancy. All rooms utilize shared community bathrooms with access from the common hallway. Registration for on campus lodging and dining will be available until 11:59pm Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) on May 23, 2025 or until sold out. A credit card payment is required at the time of your reservation for on-campus lodging and dining. No refunds will be made after 11:59pm MDT on May 23, 2025.
Lodging and dining packages are priced per person and no refunds will be given for missed nights or meals. Participants staying in on-campus lodging must be 18+ years of age. We are unable to accommodate minors in the residence halls per University of Colorado campus youth protection policies. Accompanying spouse or guests must make a reservation and pay for the full lodging and dining package to stay on the CU Boulder campus.
Roommate Preference for Double Package: If there is a conference attendee, accompanying adult guest or spouse who is also staying in on-campus lodging that you would like to share a room with, please list their name where requested. Each roommate must register individually for a package and request each other as roommates.
A linen packet consisting of one set of sheets, two towels, one washcloth, a pillow, a pillowcase and a blanket. One linen packet is supplied for the duration of the event.
Room furnishings (per guest) consisting of an extra-long twin bed at the height of 35" (89 cm), a dresser, bookcase, desk/desk chair, closet and a micro-fridge to share.
Housekeeping service in community restrooms and public areas. Note that there is no housekeeping service in the individual guest rooms.
TVs in building lounges.
Non-Smoking rooms (there are no rooms in which smoking is allowed; the CU campus is smoke free).
Community restrooms shared amongst all rooms along a hallway, separated by male/female gender.

The University of Colorado Boulder Conference Services and the 10th International Conference on Spectroscopic Ellipsometry On Campus Lodging and Dining Package organizers are committed to making this meeting sustinable and is excited to offer optional carbon offset purchases. A carbon offsets purchase involves investing in projects that reduce or capture equivalent amunts of greenhouse gas emmisions to compensate for one's own carbon footprint.

AIM Hamilton aerobic composting project, Northweastern Canada
These carbon offsets are available for purchase at an additional cost, which is based on the estimated round-trip travel distance by plane to the Denver area.

Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your registration, you can do so by returning to this website and selecting "Modify Registration" at the bottom of the page. You will be able to log in to view your registration and complete necessary changes, updates or cancellations. Changes to your registration can be made up until May 23, 2025 at 11:59pm MDT. After that time please send an e-mail to conferences@colorado.edu or call 303-492-5151 for assistance. To avoid duplicate registration or charges, please do not register a second time.
