Exceeding the Standards Quality Requirements through an Innovative Metrics Framework

To address the new Standards relative to Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP) requirements, an innovative metrics framework is an essential strategy to measure and improve the effectiveness of your department, improve quality, and deliver and exceed stakeholder expectations.
