All payments for this training event are non-refundable and non-transferable for future events. However, if a registered attendee cannot participate, a substitute may attend at no additional cost.

• Substitutions: All substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the Tallahassee Chapter of the IIA at the email address provided no later than two (2) days before the event date. Late requests may not be accommodated, and failure to provide timely notice will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
• Additional Costs: The Tallahassee IIA is not responsible for any costs incurred due to cancellations, including but not limited to travel, lodging, or other associated expenses. All registration fees remain non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Final Authority: The Tallahassee IIA reserves the sole right to review and approve any substitution requests. No other exceptions will be made.
