To be considered as a Sewing & Stitchery Expo vendor, you must meet the following criteria:
Must be a valid sewing-related business.
The majority of products sold in the booth must be products such as fabrics, materials, patterns, equipment, etc. that are needed to do sewing or needlework.
Must be an example of high quality and integrity in the sewing industry.
Must promote a balance between products and education.
Booth Price Includes:
Pipe and drape dividers (10′ × 10′)
Eight (8) foot tall back wall
Eight (8) foot tall side walls
11″ × 17″ company identification sign (must be visibly displayed at all times during the show)
Free parking
Vendor social media post
Show promotions in industry publications, class catalog, and onsite brochure.
Payment
50% due upon registration, balance due January 9, 2026. Vendors will not be allowed to set up or receive their badges until their full booth payment has been made.
