Complete your registration: Make sure to finalize all details. Help in our sustainability efforts by providing your meal selections.
Incomplete registration: You'll receive an automated email if your registration isn't completed.
Pricing review: All payments including credit cards are pre-authorized and reviewed before processing.
Contact for issues: If you encounter any pricing or membership status issues, check the request for review during registration, complete your payment, and/or email Ashley Flynn.
Room block link: This will be provided once registration is finalized.
General vs Guest Registration: "General" refers to those without membership while "guests" are spouses or the like.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for refund will incur a $105 administrative fee. No refunds are provided after June 1.
